Rules of procedure
1. Arrival and departure
Arrival: between 15:00 and 20:00 – Late check-in after 20:00 is available on request with a surcharge of €15 to be paid directly to the reception team.
Departure before 10:45
- Arrival time: travelers must respect the arrival times indicated and must not arrive before or after the times specified without prior authorization from the host.
- Departure time: Travelers must leave the accommodation and return the keys before the departure time indicated on the reservation. They must not leave their personal belongings in the accommodation after the scheduled departure time, with a view to collecting them later, without prior authorization from the host.

2. Basic rules
Quiet hours: between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
No parties allowed in the apartment
No commercial photography
No smoking
In order to be an excellent traveler, we also expect everyone to observe the following rules:
- Respect your host’s accommodation as if it were your own
- Respect the house rules
- Cleanliness: Travelers must not leave the accommodation in a condition that would require excessive or thorough cleaning (with moldy food scraps, dirty carpets or pet soiling, etc.). Cleaning charges set by the hosts are intended solely to cover the cost of normal cleaning between bookings (laundry, vacuuming, etc.).
- Garbage: Travellers must place their garbage in the garbage cans provided and avoid excessive amounts of garbage.
- Damage: when travelers cause damage that goes beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform the hosts as soon as possible in order to find a reasonable solution together. Travelers are expected to settle reasonable claims for reimbursement if they are responsible for damage, missing items or unforeseen cleaning costs.Respect the host’s standard house rules.
- Authorized travelers: travelers must respect the number of travelers for which they have booked, and check with their host if in doubt about the rules applicable to visitors.
Gatherings likely to create a nuisance are always forbidden.
When you book for two people, you do not have access to the second room, which remains closed. This room is open to bookings for 3 people or more. If you book for two, this room can be opened for an additional fee negotiated in advance with the host.
- Smoking: Travellers must not smoke inside the accommodation. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc.
- Pets: the presence of pets is prohibited.
- Noise: Travelers must respect designated quiet hours and not disturb the neighborhood with annoying noise levels (loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
- Photo shoots and commercial filming: travelers must not organize or take part in any filming or photo shoots for commercial or profit-making purposes, without written authorization from the host.
3. Booking
When you make a reservation, you agree to pay all costs relating to your booking, including the price of the accommodation as set out in the description, any applicable charges such as cleaning costs and tourist tax.
When you receive the booking confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and Casa Esther. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to and responsible for compliance with all terms and conditions of the Reservation, including, but not limited to, cancellation terms and conditions and any other regulations, standards, policies or requirements identified in the Advertisement or upon payment that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these regulations, standards, policies and requirements before booking a stay.
A Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy and use the Lodging. The Host reserves the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, if applicable if: (i) it is reasonably necessary for it to do so, (ii) it is permitted under your contract with the Host, and (iii) it complies with applicable law. If you remain after the check-out time, the Host has the right to remove you in a manner consistent with applicable law, including imposing reasonable penalties for unduly prolonged stay. You may not exceed the maximum number of Travellers permitted.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations, travel problems, refunds and booking changes:
As a general rule, if you cancel a booking, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation conditions applicable to that booking. Otherwise, the conditions in the following paragraph apply.
Cancellation conditions :
The entire stay is reimbursed with a deduction of 5% of the total amount if the traveler cancels more than 60 days prior to his or her stay. If the traveler cancels within 30 days of arrival, a penalty of 50% of the reservation amount will be applied. And if the traveler cancels within 15 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
5. Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any person you invite to join you (or provide access to) in connection with an Accommodation or Experience.
For example, this means: (i) that you are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and associated personal property) in the condition in which you found it when you arrived, (ii) that you are responsible for paying any claim amounts necessary to cover damage to an Accommodation caused by you, your Traveller(s) or your pet(s), and (iii) that you must act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times.
If you are booking for or bringing an additional Traveler who is a minor, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of such minor.
6. Payments

Total payment for the stay will be debited at the time of booking, together with the deposit. The deposit of €300 will be returned within 4 days of departure.
